    By mistake I changed the password to something I no longer know. How do I reset it to 0000? I can’t do a factory reset as that requires the password in order to function. I have a hazy recollection of menu > system > status > then a sequence of coloured buttons, but that may be for a different device.

    System Information

    Then press the coloured keys in the following sequence (ignore the no entry sign that appears)

    RGYBGYB

    Highlight reset Password and press OK.
