9300T – cannot access recordings

    Hello, I have just discovered this forum so hope someone can help me as a complete novice. My beloved 9300T has done great service but this afternoon is refusing to allow access to any recorded programs. It was fine this morning…

    to be clear everything else appears to be working and it was still recording new content yesterday. It’s as though that button on the reomte no longer works. I can still view the program guide etc..

    does anyone have any idea what the problem could be?

    Can you pause live TV? If not then the hard drive may have failed.
