Newbie here. Just plugged in my new 1100S and set it up. For some reason when I select “On Demand” each service is just shown as a box with the word “image” in it, rather than the service’s logo. I’m wondering if I’ve missed a setting somewhere, but everything is connected fine and I can access iPlayer, Netflix etc. Does anyone have any ideas?

Hi welcome to our forum. The icons should download eventually when the Freesat servers gets round to downloading them. Try leaving the box turned on and tuned to BBC 1 HD for a while.
