    my selection screen is showing radio programmes and I don’t know how to get it back to television ones. I have obviously hit a wrong button somewhere.

    Not sure which remote the 1800/2000T comes with but look for a button marked TV/Radio. In any case normally entering a TV channel will jump straight to it. While listening to radio try entering 105 (to view 105) or enter 105 while looking at the radio epg (To view Channel 5 HD epg).

    Not withstanding Graham’s answer

    If by selection screen you mean the guide, press blue on the remote and highlight TV then press OK.

    If using the List function it is just a matter of pressing right arrow and highlight the option you want, then press OK.
