Just retuned my 2000T (manual retune, Hannington tx) to get the new Channel 5 HD last night but 2 out of 2 scheduled recordings failed.

The first came up with the “Failed to track” 0 minutes in the media library so I set another for a later program and that totally failed to even start recording. 30 mins in and the EPG entry still had the “clock” icon next to it.

    Anyone else having problems?

The usual reason for this, especially after a retune, is that you are now tuned to more than one transmitter and the Humax is watching the wrong transmitter for the start signal.

For how to tune to 1 transmitter you will need to do a manual retinue that is aimed at just 1 transmitter. To manually retune see Martin’s tuning instructions for the HDR-FOX T2, the 2000T manual tuning method is identical: https://myhumax.org/forum/topic/transmitters#post-2336

If you think you gave already done that then have a look at the signal detection menu as that will confirm which frequencies you really are tuned to.

Luke, as stated in my first post, this WAS a manual retune -I’ve always had to do that because I know in a multi reception area. I’m on Hannington using 45, 42, 39, 41, 44, 47, 32 as specified by https://ukfree.tv/transmitters/tv/Hannington

The two recordings I set (HDR-FOX-T2) on Channel 5HD (about 2 hrs after retune) worked OK.

2 successful records last night so must have just been an EPG glitch – I did notice 5HD took a LONG time to fill up after the retune (hour or more) when everything else was present.
