Hi, I keep getting this icon on record programs then can’t play them. I’ve searched manual to no avail – help!! See attached photo. Thanks
Perhaps as you seem to be having trouble posting a photo (because you have too few posts, I believe), you should try describe it as accurately as you can.
Oh, it’s a yellow square with a green oval with the middle missing on the bottom left of the square – thanks

Possibly page GB44 on the 3 versions of the manuals that I have.
“Displayed only when the recording is stopped because of an unexpected error.”
It has been reported a few times, but I cannot find one post where the person asking came back and said if any of the suggestions worked, or if any of them didn’t work.
One person also had odd recordings disappear which suggested a disk corruption. If that was the cause then formatting the disk via the menus will usually rectify that, but of course lose all recordings.
Another suggestion was to make sure that the PVR was tuned to just one transmitter. If the problem started soon after a retune then that may be the issue.

If it related to being tuned to 2 different transmitters then a reset won’t change that.
