Can the 1100s run without an internet connection, I just want to be able to access the freesat channels, and am not wanting the catchup or roll back options. would I need to ‘setup the 1100s initially with an internet connection or could I do this just with a satellite receiver? I am not technical at all and this is all a very steep learning curve. thanks.
Don’t think it does, mine is the 1010s which is similar and if memory serves me right, it doesn’t . But, saying that, I just remembered that last week my internet to the box via wireless failed for some reason until I connected an Ethernet cable to it.
It worked perfectly well without internet but no catch up etc.
You might need to set it up first via Internet and dish but after that should be ok
