Can anyone help please. We are on our third FVP 4000T. We have a Humax Foxsat and the old 9200T, plus we have the foxsat and 9200T in the kitchen. We have changed the remote frequency umpteem times but all remote controls turn the FVP 4000T on!!!!!!! The other remotes don’t turn the FVP off. Are we missing something? Any advice please.
My “out of the box” 9200T remote control has no effect on my “out of the box” FVP-4000T – I cannot switch it ON or OFF with the 9200T remote control unit.
We have 2 Foxsat boxes, 2 9200T boxes and a humax tv and all their remote controls are turning on the FVP 4000T box.

A few of us have experienced the same.
I have reported to Humax Support and advise others who experience similar to do the same.
Thank you for your welcome Barry. I’m glad we are not alone with the remote control problem, we thought it might be something we were, or were not, doing!!! Thanks for your humax link and we shall certainly let them know, again. When we spoke to them on the phone about this they said no-one else had the problem!
