    Bought box to replace sky. Fitted hdmi cable and double sky cable to back of box but just get a fuzzy screen.

    Can anyone help please?

    First check that the TV is set to display the correct HDMI port and the HDMI cable is correctly seated at both ends.

    What colour is the LED on the HDR-1000S?
