Hi Guys
I’ve been trying to watch some of my recordings, done recently, on my new FVP 4000T.
I’ve recorded and watched quite a few, but 2 of them (currently) wont ‘play’.
When I go to All Video’s, & click on the program/s, it goes as far as the screen with ‘left’ ‘right’, ‘pause’ buttons etc, but then nothing.
The programs do appear in the listings.
I’ve tried pausing, un-pausing, left, right, stop, start etc, to no avail.
Also, when I click Back at this point, it goes to a blank screen. I have to press Back again, to get back to the listings.
Any ideas please ?

Never witnessed similar, but having to press back twice would appear to indicate it is in playback mode.
What channel/programme?
Have you tried a power cycle of the unit, failing that I would contact Humax support.

The channels were Channel4 & BBC2 on Friday night.
Yep – it should be in playback mode, although when it is in PB and I click Back, it only takes one click to go back to the listings.
BBC2: Mastermind: 20:01 – 20:30
Channel 4: 8/10 Cats 21:01 – 22:03,
so they aren’t even over-lapping.
Programs before – and after that – were fine.
How do I do a power cycle ?

How many minutes does it say has been recorded? I’ve seen recordings where everything appears okay but when I check minutes it states 0 minutes hence it hasn’t actually recorded.
