On demand not working in Spain

    Hi,

    My first posting here and hope that you can help me please.

    I live in Spain and I can watch and record programmes ok, but cannot watch anything using On Demand.

    The unit is connected to a router via an ethernet cable and I can select On demand and go through the menu to select a programme. However, I then get a message “Something went wrong loading this programme. 02001”

    Is this normal?

    Any help or advice appreciated.

    Hi welcome to our forum. UK on demand services are only available with a UK IP address. Google Smart DNS server.

    Thanks for your quick reply, looks like a good forum to be a member of!

    We are not great tv watchers, so not having On demand is no big problem. Just wondered why it was not available.
