I have a frustrating issue with deleting channels using the menu option on my Humax Freesat HDR. If I use the built-in menu option to delete channels, they do indeed delete from the EPG, but overnight they return. If, however I use WebIf,, they do not return.
Is there and explanation for this or is it normal ??
I assume you are using the channel editor. It is adding them back.
During the first boot of the day it compares the EPG from housekeeping to the previous copy, applies any freesat changes to the previous day and re-saves it to disk. The Humax settop app then loads the saved file.
