ModeratorHDR 1000/1010/1100S owners.
This afternoon freesat started a phased rollout via IP of the new software needed for Netflix – version is 3.00.18
To check if you are one of the lucky ones try a software update via the System settings menu.

InactiveI can’t help but think it’s somewhat late to the party and will therefore be largely ignored. I have at least six ways of already logging into Netflix, most of which can already be viewed on my T.V. Do I really need a seventh?
The one app that really would be useful and is currently a tad scarce on devices is Amazon Prime.

Not scarce in this household, two smart TV’s, two laptops, smart phone, android tablet, LG bluray player and Amazon Fire TV box.

InactiveI for one, I am very pleased that I now have Netflix on my Freesat Freetime box! My smart TV is getting old now! So nothing other than the DLNA part of it. Can’t get any other smart apps now!
So the more apps Freesat can add the better!

Has anyone actually HAD the new download yet?
Quite surprising with over 500 views this topic has not seen more users reporting they have had the update.
To date, having quickly glanced in other places I think only
345 users have reported their units updated.Perhaps not many use on demand? or have not spotted the addition of Netflix, though I find that hard to believe.
Will leave the topic ‘stuck’ to top of Forum main page for a few more Days.

InactiveI’ve had my 1010S check several times for the new update but keeps saying no new update available.
