At the top ot the Humax remote control there are 3 buttons

2 marked TV and a red button indicating off/on

What do the 2 buttons do

At present there is no response when pressed

I turn the TV on by Pressing the TV (Panasonic TX-40C300B) on button followed by the red button on the Humax

    Can anyone help please

You can programme the Humax remote to control functions on your tv.

The left button is to power tv on/off

The centre (av) button controls the source, HDMI 1, HDMI 2, AV etc

For example on the Sony tv I am currently sat in front of the centre button displays a lists of the inputs available an the tv and I can cycle through them with presses of the av button

Setting the remote control for Humax FVP-4000T p35

I need a little more help please

    What I have done

Pressed TV STANBY button & OK for 3 secs

    The STANDBY button lights up

    Entered 3 digits code

For the Panasonic TX-40C300B there are 15 codes

I have tried most of them

HOW DO I KNOW WHICH IS THE CORRECT ONE ?

    When do I press OK?

I have also tried setting the Code Randomly using the CH^/down Still without success

    A question

Does the TV need to be on whilst I am setting up

I have tried with the tv on and off but it does not work

You comment would be most appreciated

With the TV on so you can see which works. Continue entering codes until the TV switches off. When the TV switches off press OK to save the code.

With the TV switched on and using the Humax remote I have tried the 15 listed codes in the manual twice

I have also tried the CH up and down buttons for 15 mins

    None have worked

A few Panasonic TV’s are rebadged Vestel TV’s. Might be worth trying any codes listed for this make.
