Hi,
Please excuse if this problem has been raised it the past but i’m new to the forum.
When i wish to record via the guide button (i.e. The Hunt) i choose BBC 1 SE, decide if SD or HD then record either single or whole series then record.
The problem is that the programme is recorded twice on different channels i.e. BBC 1 SE and BBC 1 Wales.
How can i just record it on 1 channel please ?
Hi welcome to our forum. The reason for this is normally down to a broadcaster error in the CRID codes. In some cases if a different region is showing a different episode then both episodes would be scheduled if the BBC were using the same series crid code ?
However I have checked the codes for the Hunt and they appear to be correct, the BBC though may have corrected an error.
I have set a reservation on my Foxsat for BBC 1 West Midlands and only one reservation was created.
Try deleting the two you have and try again.
There are two ways to avoid the problem.
1 create a manual recording reservation
or
2 Delete BBC 1 Wales from your epg.
