Hi, How do you up date BBCiPlayer software? The version on my 1100S does not allow ‘Play from start’ which is common on all recent iPlayers. Box says software is up to date… Ideas welcomed
You can’t, it’s controlled by Humax.
The I am deeply puzzled. I had a 500gB 1100S; which had the ‘play from start’ option on iPlayer. I then upgraded to a 1Tb 1100S – which doesn’t? How does that work???
As I understand it the Live Restart is specific to certain programmes, live and within the last 2 hours…

Are you finding it does not work on those pgms?
it is weird. On my NOW TV player I get the ‘play from start on the current live programme, but NOT on the iPlayer app on the Humax (or on my smart Panasonic TV).

Not implemented on all devices. There’s a list at http://iplayerhelp.external.bbc.co.uk/tv/live_restart_device
Possibly the Freesat Freetime boxes may get it eventually.
