    We have just moved to the SE of England from Wales and I want to retune my Humax box without losing all the stored recordings – do I do a factory reset?

    Welcome to our Forum :-)

    A factory reset will not delete ‘stored’ recordings, it will however delete your recording schedule and any user settings you may have altered.
