    Hi,

    When I set the box to record Eastenders it records it from both BBC Northwest and BBC London, which creates a conflict. I’ve cancelled the recording and re-set it and the same thing happens. How can I set it to record form just BBC Northwest, which is the region I am in?

    You will need to go into settings and delete BBC London.

    Hi there,

    I had a similar problem with Channel 4. In the schedule it showed two scheduled recordings for a channel 4 programme but I only set it to record on say channel 126. When I went to delete the duplicate channel I couldn’t find one in the channel list. :?: This is on a Foxsat 500gb by the way!

    It’s a broadcaster crid recording codes issue.

    Channel 4 has a second SD region in the Freesat epg at channel 974.

    A one off recording will work OK as it’s the series crid that generates the extra recording.
