Hi all, just a quick question. When a series record programme has expired how long does it take to disappear from the recording menu or do you have to delete them manually? Thanks in anticipation.
I think they expire automatically if not active after six months. I tend to manully delete them during my weekly housekeeping to check/set timers for the coming week.
They are auto deleted 13 weeks after the last recording was made.
For both Freeview and Freesat, the time interval is dictated by the broadcasters being able to recycle codes for other series after 13 weeks.

You are welcome. They didn’t build in any way to indicate that the recording in progress is the last to use the current series crid code (A sort of recording schedule suicide instruction
)
