Before I bin my 9200T I will ask here for your thoughts please. After the Loader it displays a blue rectangle with ‘Please wait’ inside. That’s it! just sits there like that, goes no further. tried the default procedure, no joy.

Try opening the box and disconnecting the leads from the hard drive. If the box then boots up and performs as a set top box then the most likely problem is that cached epg data has become corrupt. This can be fixed by attaching the drive to a PC and using humaxrw to delete the offending file.

Thankyou Martin, you are correct, I did as you suggested and it still works as a set top box. Only problem now is that I use an iMac so unable to go any further. Unless you know better!

There is a Linux version of Humaxrw http://myhumax.org/blog/?page_id=153

That combined with a linux livecd with your iMac?
