We have a 9300T and it’s been a bit ropey for a while. It often doesn’t play back recordings very well sometimes with jumpy sound etc.

However, just a few days ago we realised it had lost all our settings. i.e. the TV screen ratio has gone from 16:9 to 4:3, it’s lost the favourites, and the schedule, and volume goes back to half. Basically it seems to go back to factory settings.

We’ve formatted the hard drive and turned it on and off again. Reset everything up, but it just loses everything every time it goes into stand by.

Any ideas on what we can do? or is it dead?
