    I can happily pre-record any programme from the EPG, EXCEPT BBC 1 HD on channel 972. BBC 1 SD does not have this problem.

    However, once the programme is ‘live’I can record.

    This has been on-going for some months now.

    Especially frustrating when I wish to record a complete series in HD.

    What channel do you have at 108 ? Have you tried using customise channels to move BBC1 HD (England) to 108 if you have another region there ? Have you tried a reset to factory defaults ?
