    Hi I am new to freesat I just purchased a Rm02 remote control from Amazon it stated genuine replacement. The remote does not have an STB button so I can’t match up my tv with the box. can anyone help please.

    Your Amazon seller might be able to do a swap if they’ve got the newer version in stock.
