Has anyone encountered this problem? I can be watching a programme, then enter TV guide on the remote. An empty list appears. The cursor will not move either sideor. Cannot access either the recordings or settings menu. It seems that the controller is not working, but the batteries are fine. I cannot turn off the STB either on the controller or by its own button. The only way to do it is to pull the plug from the mains. Leave the STB off overnight, plug it back in and it works.
Any suggestions?
Try pressing the STB button on the remote? Just in case the remote has accidentally been put in TV mode.
