Anyone else having issues with some 4od programs in ‘on demand’?
I can play some fine, but others consistently break up into green blocks. Examples are ‘return of the black death ‘ and ‘Guy Martins spitfire’.
Theses episodes play on other devices on our WiFi LAN, so the LAN and the 4OD programme files are working, leaving the STB as the point of (abject) failure..
Humax help desk eventually pointed out the apps differ between devices, but did not suggest a way to play these episode on the STB, or say when the on-demand software would be fixed.
Not a great start on this new box.
Hi welcome to our forum. Same on my HDR1000S. My monies on a corrupted file on the channel 4OD freetime server.
I dread having to use 4OD as when I use it whether from my 1000s iPad or Mac it’s just plain unreliable and flaky. One day it will work fine the next it’s a nightmare. I experience most issue when switching from ad breaks to the actual programme. Either the ads will freeze or the programme fails to restart.
