2000T LAN connected but no tv portal

    I connected my 2000T via Wi-Fi and TV portal came up briefly and the connection kept dropping. I’ve now connected by Ethernet and it tells me I’m LAN connected but the computer doesn’t see the Humax as a new device and there is no TV portal connection. Anyone got any Ideas?
