When playing back a recording on the HDR 2000T, is there a way of telling where one is time wise in the recording, without stopping playback?

With the old Humax 9200, you could do this either by pressing the play button or simply by looking at the clock on the front of the box.

However, so far with the newer machine, I’ve only been able to do it by pressing the play/pause button which. of course, interrupts playback. I find this very annoying. Perhaps I’m missing something? Does anyone know a better way of doing it please?
