I got an email from Humax, saying that new software had been developed for the TV ariel loop through. I’ve tried to update, but my TV still won’t work without the PVR either on, or recording.

I got an email from Humax, saying that new software had been developed for the TV ariel loop through. I’ve tried to update, but my TV still won’t work without the PVR either on, or recording.
Have you got power saving in standby set to off?
Yes, it’s off. I’ve been in touch with Humax, & they gave me the website containing the software update, but it didn’t work. (it’s loaded via a USB key) It’ll be transmitted OTA in a couple of weeks.
