Hi

This first started as not having access to on demand, but after reading thru this forums got that sorted.

now I’m stuck with no volume control on HD channels or anything recorded HD or SD.

I just rang customer service and was told box specific .-tough !, as much help as a chocolate teapot and not friendly either.

Not good enough as far as I’m concerned as it was working until the s/w was upgraded.

Has anyone found a fix for this ?, is there any way of reverting to a previous software revision where this worked ?
