Just set up the 1000S and everything is working fine except for linking with a Freesat ID. When I click on the Settings option, it says that the internet is not connected, But the internet is connected and everything else is working. I read somewhere that this maybe a Freesat problem. I’ve emailed them.
Problem solved. Just have to factory reset.
Freesat app working well.
