InactiveStrange issue has started, I think since the recent relocation of some channels.
I cannot set Quest to record or select it from the program guide, in fact the only way I can access Quest is to select another channel, such as Quest+1 and then use the P or up/down button on the remote to get to Quest? or I can still get to the channel by inputting the number directly.
I did have a series record set up on Quest but all the recordings were just marked as 1 minute. I have deleted all the scheduled recordings but am still unable to set new recordings.
I have tried a re-tune as well as a “turn it off and back on again” all to no avail.
Any ideas please

Maybe an interaction between the broadcaster and YouView. My Freeview boxes don’t seem to be affected.

Both of my T2’s are affected.

Interesting. My Freeview boxes are non-Humax. (Sony, Panasonic)

Do they by any chance use GuidePlus instead of the advert free freeview guide?
I don’t know. What’s GuidePlus? Neither box shows ads on the EPG
It is an alternative to the freeview guide that downloads from a different source and can contain adverts. Some of the implementations will have additional logos of GuidePlus or Rovi on the guide screen.
Some UK implementations are linked to RadioTimes data so that the RadioTimes programme recommendations can also be included.
The additioanl features installed can vary between models.

The manual for the Panasonic says:
Quote:If you make access to Rovi Guide via VIERA Connect, you can use an additional TV Guide…[etc]I take this to mean that the default EPG is the normal FreeView EPG. It does sport a prominent Freeview logo.

Inactiveafter backing up my schedule and just out of interest, a manual retune fixed it for me, EPG back for Quest on a hdr-foxt2.
I believe we have another retune due for 1st Oct, hopefully things will settle down after that

So that makes sense. Both of my Freeview PVRs presumably corrected this automatically without user intervention.
That just leaves YouView, for which a retune doesn’t fix it. A fix is promised.

ModeratorFixed now?
Just checked HDR T2, HD T2, YV DTR T2000 Quest and +1 full EPG on all.

InactiveCan you set a timer for Quest on the DTR-T2000?
