InactiveI have a problem with going back in time with the program guide.
I try to go left and get the message that I need to be connected to the internet. I am. I check in settings and it confirms.
I go via On Demand and am able to use, say, BBC iPlayer OK.
Go back to the guide BBC 1 and I still get the message.
Has anybody had this problem please?

InactiveYes. I have had the same for a couple of days. Worked perfectly before.
All other internet based functions okay. I’m hoping it gets resolved in time.

Yes, I’m getting sporadic manifestations of this problem today. Also some programme icons in the rollback EPG are not visible – just a black space, which does nevertheless click through to the correct programme on the relevant player.
No problem with Showcase or On Demand.

InactiveI have this problem, too, but oddly enough the ‘backwards guide’ works ok on two channels (BBC2 SD and BBC News HD), there may be more than two.
Everything else works ok.
Freesat server problem?

InactiveThat’s my thought. Though I also think there may be a problem with the recent update which may be complicating Freesat’s diagnosis of these various malfunctions.

ParticipantMines the same. Power Cycle and re-connection made no difference. On Demand works OK and I can also get backwards listings for BBC NEWS HD.

InactiveHave just checked the channels quoted as working but cannot get them to work on mine. Am heartened by the fact that I am not alone.

InactiveHighlight BBC News HD in EPG. Move back to last Thursday. You should now be able to see programs on other channels, but not all.

Made no difference on mine, still only have content for 109 and 200.

InactiveBBC News HD, CBBC HD, all versions of BBC2 except HD.
Just discovered Showcase is also now out of action. On Demand still working.

Both Showcase and On Demand are working ok for me, just the roll back is not working.
