    I can get the new (channel 20) drama channel no problem, but when I record a programme the playback just gives “the channel is scrambled or not available” All other functions are fine.

    Welcome to our Forum :-)

    Just recorded a couple of programmes on a 9150 and 9300 and they playback OK.

    Try switching unit off at rear for 30 secs or so then on again.
