Sorry if this is a common query, but we lost a number of channels (mainly BBC channels) a few days ago. I’ve tried retuning automatically, turning the box off at the wall and back on again and resetting to factory default, but nothing seems to work. Does anyone have some helpful advice please?

First inspect the aerial cabling looking for badly made joints, water ingress or kinks. Then try a manual tune using these instructions Manual tuning FAQ
Thanks very much for your help. It turned out to be a problem with the aerial socket (one of my kids knocked the aerial cable, which slightly damaged the socket and meant that the aerial cable was too loose). All sorted with a pair of pliers.
