it’s definitely a hdr-fox-t2 and not a foxsat-hdr?
What software version have you updated to? and have you done a factory reset, without formatting, afterwards. A full reboot, i.e. switching off, disconnecting from mains, switching back on again is the first thing to try and if that doesn’t help a factory reset, without formatting would be the second thing to try; however you will lose your schedule of things to record so take a note first, camera phone useful here.
