I have just bought the T1010 to replace my old 9300T which died on me this morning. Having had no iron less receiving channels on my old box I cannot get them on my new one. I am missing the following.

    8- London live

    10-itv3

    16-qvc

    20-drama

    26-itv4+1

    27-itv2+1

    30-5*

    31-5usa

    34-itv3+1

    37-quest

    44-5+1

    49-jewellry channel

    55-5+24

    61-true

    66-CBS

    67-charts

May be more but don’t look at the adult channels!

If this helps I do have an additional tv aerial in the loft which apparently is like a multi adapter and all our TVs are plugged into this. On my 9300T I had to change a setting but fir the life of me can’t remember what this setting was.

I have done 2 factory resets, retuned numerously but no joy with these channels.

Any help would be great x

Found my old 9300T guide. See photo. It was called Antenna Power but I can’t seem to find this on my new 1010 box

Okay. Antenna Power (as the photo won’t upload)

Make sure to set the Antenna power to ON when you connect an active antenna to the antenna in connector on the rear of the product. (Nothing on the back of new box)

    Press menu

    Select installation then ok

    Style t antenna power

    Select on/off.

Note – active antenna is a portable or indoor antenna which needs power supply from the product because it does not have a power cord.

    Hope this helps please!

At a guess you are receiving from Crystal Palace, and therefore (ignoring London live for a moment) appear to be missing com 4 multiplex which is strange as it is transmitted at same power as other multiplexes.

There is no option on a Youview box for antenna power, that I am aware of.

Suggestions, or rather grasping at straws really – move it to another room and try, and failing that another locale on same transmitter – relative perhaps ?
