Hi
my new humax is connected via ethernet cable, and is working,
my iphone humax app, it will not connect,
it says the humax and the mobile device should be connected to the same wifi,
in which they are both connected to the same wifi,
does anyone have any suggestions ?

Suggest you reboot all (incl. router), then try to ping both (by ip address) from a PC on the same network if ok then try again.
