Lost all scheduled prog entries on Sunday night/Monday morning. Anyone know why and how to stop it happening again?

Lost all scheduled prog entries on Sunday night/Monday morning. Anyone know why and how to stop it happening again?
Most likely the box decided to do a retune. The only reliable way to stop it happening and/or restore the schedule after a retune is with the Custom Firmware.
