Hi I am a new user and I am generally pleased with freesat freetime and my Humax 1000s but below I have listed a few recommendations and issues

To be able to reorder guide or favourites

Easy access to favourites

Programme info and day date permanently displayed and in larger font

Jump to now button after scrolling into future

Pressing guide should always take you to top of guidelist or top of favourites

Pressing guide should bring up filter list automatically without having to press list on remote

Visible indication when you are behind time in live tv or in recordings – easy to know with sky with rotating ring

If you go back earlier in time in favourites then return to current time it takes you out of favourites and into guide but it still says favourites at the top – needs fixing

HD filter

Genre search

Search recordings and on demand as well as guide

Don’t always get record in HD prompt in Showcase

Would prefer guide in blue instead of green

When switching on or changing channels picture comes on then goes blank then comes on again – possible hdmi handshake issue ?

I like the showcase feature but it doesn’t always update particularly at weekends and I have to switch box off and on again.

System settings often corrupt to just power settings only and have to switch power off and on again.

Maybe a power reset button would be useful to reboot the system.

Also I would like different genres in showcase like films drama comedy etc

Also would like Now tv app and netflix
