Hi,
If I pause a live programme and subsequently press Record, the live buffer jumps from where it was paused and begins playing the live feed. I’m not sure if this is a bug since the January update or if it’s always been standard behaviour? Either way it’s very annoying.
Another problem I noticed is if I put the ‘BBC RB 1’ channel on and press pause, when I press play again the sound no longer works. I found a way round this is to switch Audio Description on and then off again, after which the sound returns. Are Humax aware of this bug?
Yes that is normal, part of the live buffer has just been moved to your recordings, so probably best to watch it from there once it goes live.
I’ve had that no sound issue from Red Button recordings too, so it must be a bug.
