since the digital changeover, I have been unable to get freeview 10,15 or 20. I unplugged the Humax and am able to receive these TV channels. As soon as the Humax is connected, when I try to get or record these channels, the Humax tells me they are ‘scrambled’. Does anyone have any idea what I should do to rectify this. I should mention that I am a technophobe so the jargon means nothing to me! Many thanks.
It sounds like you just need to retune the 9300. Follow my instructions here, ignore the first sentence about channels in the 800 range.
