When I got the new APP, a few days ago, everything worked perfectly for me. Now, though I cannot get the Record function to work from my IPad. If I press the record button the screen says that it is being recorded, but the message doesn’t seem to be set to the box and no recordings are made. I can record ok from the remote control though. Strange. I’ve tried most things to get it to work plug, unplug, log in, log out etc. but with no success.

Any help would be appreciated.
