    I have set up a portable dish and Quad LNB with 2 HDR1000s on a caravan site.

    there is an HDR1000S in each caravan. In one caravan, the signal stregth and quality is 90/80%, with no problems.

    In the other caravan, I cant get a signal at all. I have swapped everything over, to the extent that the problem points to the HDR1000s, but it is brand new and out of the box. Can it be anything else?

    Hi welcome to the forum, if one HDR1000S works on one pair of lnb outputs and the other does not when using the same pair of connections it seems a safe bet the box itself is faulty. Contact whoever you bought the box from.
