Hello All,

Has anyone used the USB ports in the Foxsat HDR for anything other than external storage media? I ask because I’m currently investigating the possibility of using my Humax to automatically download data from a weather station (I would have used the NAS, but it doesn’t have any USB ports at all).

Apologies if this is not of mainstream interest, but wasn’t sure where else to pitch the question.

I’ve managed to cross-compile the C code (including usblib), but although it runs, it doesn’t currently detect the plugged in device.

Have only just got to this point, but thought I’d ping this question now in case there’s any show-stoppers I hadn’t foreseen.
