Since buying my new 1010s last month or so, it has crashed twice since booting it up in the morning. It did it this morning in that it switched on to a TV channel, but would not move channels or even switch off.none of the buttons would work so I had to remove the power lead and plug it back in and only then would everything work again.
Used to have same problem with my sky box and wondered if the same applies here?
Anyone?

Never tried that, unit has been ok since last crash. Noticed that it only taped 20 mins of a one hour programme this morning for some reason. Sometimes it doesn’t tape it all. It’s set on a series link for my wife, Jeremy Kyle of all things.
caught it later on itv player though. Wish we had Netflix on it like Virgin has.Thanks again for the info, have taken a note of it and will try next time it freezes. Thanks….
