    Such a simple thing, but I can’t see Channel 15 on my Humax (Film 4).

    I have looked in the menu, but can’t see how to scan for channels again.

    Where is this setting located please?

    Installation Menu.

    It might help to do a manual scan (Menu->Settings->Installation then choose Manual Search). Film 4 appears to be available on UHF channels 52 and 54 in your area (Mendip transmitter).
