Can anyone tell me if C4 and C5 on demand can be received on a Foxsat HDR. Perhaps I have missed something! I can see BBC1 and ITV on channel 901 and 903, but where (if at all) are the others?

No, they are not and there are no plans for them to be. Their Freeetime model is where it is at now.
Try a Now tv box-£10 and that is all
Or get a tablet with HDMI output and use that.
