InactiveHave Cancelled Sky Subscription so looking into getting a Freesat PVR.
We have (2 double feed cables) 4 lines coming in from the Dish, 2 into Sky Box, 1 into Panny Wi-Fi enabled TV, leaving 1 Spare.
The TV can do BBC iPlayer but not ITV?
I am after the most up-to-date latest PVR to complement this set-up.
I would be ecstatic if Spotify was available as well, but doubt it’s possible.
Cheers

ModeratorIf you are planning to disconnect sky box then the HDR 1000S or 1010S (wifi on board) is the obvious choice, this would need 2 inputs from your dish.
The HDR 1000S would need a connection to your router either by ethernet cable or powerline adapter. The HDR 1010S has wifi on board.
No Spotify though.

InactiveThanks Barry, Appreciated.
I believe there’s a new Freeview Box out, the 2000T
Does anyone know if there will be a Freesat equivalent?
Cheers

After several s/w releases it’s maturing after a year since launch and it’s an excellent Freesat PVR. Superb HD picture and close to 100% reliability on recording. R/C is not the best, the clicking noise it makes annoys most users, the s/w still has a good few quirks in it but hopefully these will be addressed in time. Overall, recommended.

I would guess that would be about 3 years to the next full freesat product which I would not expect to be anything like the freeview products.
They are very different products and their designs are very different. The freesat freetime U.I. is specified by freesat.
