    Hi, Can anyone help. I have had my box for about a year and as a bit of techie novice have made no upgrades or changes to the original. Yesterday the remote was sluggish, now when it does connect it just scrolls through very quickly and I cannot select anything. not sure if this is the remote or the box :?

    Have you tried changing/removing batteries?

    If the batteries wont help. Try holding the remote upside down and giving a bit of a shake side to side. Maybe dust or crumbs will fall out, you would be suprised what I find in keyboards where I work. Another option is Humax if your box is under two. Maybe they will lokk at or swap the remote for you. It cant hurt to call.
