Hi guys, trying to help someone out on freesat community as they have an issue of their box not updating.
He’s done a factory reset which has not resolved, I’ve suggested a format.
Here’s what he says is happening, any ideas what the problem could be?

Never mind he’s getting an E012 NVRAM ERROR now so I’ve suggest a replacement is the best option.
Won’t be able to check with Humax Towers until tomorrow re the error code, and whether it is user recoverable.
Has he tried the often simplest solution of disconnecting mains power for a short while?
